Turbines

We see a couple of examples of the test stands with turbines attached. Notice that the blades are similar but the blade spacing from the hub is different. As the students found out, a small change such as this can have a noticeable effect on the overall performance of the turbine. As a side note, the generators did not produce enough power to light the bulb in the photo.
