Hub Making

After cutting out all the raw hubs, they had to be sanded smooth on all the edges. The mitre saw left some burrs and melted edges after cutting. To accomplish this an electric palm sander was used with 60 grit paper. The plastic material was fairly easy to sand with the coarse paper but gloves were used for protection and to minimize fatigue from the vibration.
